NUTRABAITS POP UP ALTERNATIVE

A range of Alternative Hookbait Pop-ups that represent the culmination of many years of experimentation with high-attract hookbaits, used either in isolation or as an alternative source of attraction over the bed of bait of your choice.

Based on our highly rated Pop-up Mix, the Alternative Hookbait range boasts unrivalled levels of prolonged buoyancy and toughness. In fact, unlike the vast majority of pop-ups, they actually harden slightly when immersed in water for any length of time. Even higher levels of instant attraction can be added by using one of our dedicated Bait Soak Sprays. Simply open the pot of baits, apply a few squirts, replace the lid and shake until the baits are covered.

Plum and Caproic Acid

The new Plum and Caproic Pop Ups contain a combination of the wonderful smelling and highly effective Plum Nutrafruit flavour and an organic fatty acid that is - in essence - a sister product to N-Butyric; namely Caproic Acid.

Spectacular fieldtesting results have been accredited to these fluoro plum coloured hookbaits over the last year or so, with numerous big fish coming to both single pop up presentations and to snowman rigs incorporating a Plum and Caproic Pop Up and a 'straight from the bag' food bait bottom bait.

Pineapple & Butyric

Some attractors are simply made to go together and none more so than Pineapple Nutrafruit and N-Butyric Acid. Awesome during the summer months and arguably even better during the winter, this particular bait was without doubt our fieldtesters’ number one choice out of all the hookbait combos we tested.

Fluoro yellow in colour, these baits are superb when used singley and more than a little bit special when combined with a Classic Combination Pineapple and Banana bottom bait to create a snowman presentation.

Wonderfruit & Cream Cajouser

Orange Wonderfruit flavoured pop-ups have always been high on our list of alternative hookbait biggies and Graham Slater’s suggestion that we should round the overall attractor package off with a hint of Cream Cajouser has only added to the effectiveness of this superb bait.

Another year-round big fish puller that combines superbly well with a Classic Combination Cranberry Nutrafruit boilie if you favour a snowman presentation.

White Spice

Many of our more experienced fieldtesters consider pure white to be the best colour for an alternative hookbait and, coupled with the optimum level of a spice flavour, these pop-ups certainly haven’t disappointed during our extensive period of experimentation.

White Spice pop-ups have already been responsible for the capture of some exceptionally big fish from the length and breadth of Europe, and we confidently expect them to become many Nutrabaits users’ number one choice of high-attract hookbait in the near future.

Violet

Bill Cottam has undoubtedly been the inspiration behind much of our work with alternative hookbait smells over the years and these pink Violets are right up there among his all-time favourites.

Violet pop-ups have an unquestionable track record with the bigger fish and seem to be particularly effective when fished in isolation, either over the top of or just off a big bed of fishmeal baits or pellets.

Pink Pepper

It has long been recognised that Black Pepper Oil is one of the carp world's most effective carp bait smells and these 'washed out' pink coloured pop-ups are absolutely bursting at the seams with the stuff!

Year-round results during fieldtesting have been impressive to say the least. Use either on their own or as the buoyant bait for a snowman cocktail presentation with a Trigga, Trigga Ice or 3D bottom bait.

Sea Monster

We've used the incredibly pungent Sea Monster Under the Counter Special flavour to produce these awesome pop-ups and the end result has produced the goods for everybody who has been involved with the pre-launch trials.

Sea Monsters have already produced the goods from several of Europe's toughest big fish venues and their reputation is destined to be further enhanced now they have been made more widely available.
